EIGHT TEAM RBC AMBASSADORS WILL COMPETE IN THE RBC HERITAGE

South Carolina’s Signature Event, taking place over the Harbour Town Golf Links, is proud to announce Team RBC ambassadors Sam Burns, Corey Conners, Adam Hadwin, Nick Taylor, Sahith Theegala and Cameron Young will be competing at the 57th tournament from April 14-20, 2025.
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (Thursday, April 10, 2025) – As one of eight limited-field events, this year’s highly anticipated RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing will feature the top players on the PGA TOUR. South Carolina’s Signature Event, taking place over the Harbour Town Golf Links, is proud to announce Team RBC ambassadors Sam Burns, Corey Conners, Adam Hadwin, Mackenzie Hughes, Taylor Pendrith, Nick Taylor, Sahith Theegala and Cameron Young will be competing at the 57th tournament from April 14-20, 2025.
These Team RBC ambassadors will be joining defending champion Scottie Scheffler, as well as past champion Matt Fitzpatrick. Previously committed standouts also include Akshay Bhatia, Keegan Bradley, Patrick Cantlay, Wyndham Clark, Tommy Fleetwood, Russell Henley, Max Homa, Shane Lowery and Justin Thomas.

Sam Burns has carded five PGA TOUR victories since joining the PGA TOUR in 2018. The Louisiana native finished ninth in his first start at the RBC Heritage in 2019 and will be competing at Harbour Town for the sixth time. He is ranked 37th on the Official World Golf Ranking.
Corey Conners joined the winner’s circle on the PGA TOUR at the 2019 Valero Texas Open shortly after he joined Team RBC. He earned his second victory at the 2023 Valero Texas Open. His 2025 season is off to a great start, carding three top ten finishes. He is from Ontario, Canada and has a degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Kent State University. He will be making his ninth start at Harbour Town and is ranked 21st on the Official World Golf Ranking.
Adam Hadwin was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada but now calls Abbotsford, British Columbia home. He turned pro in 2009 after attending the University of Louisville. He earned his first PGA TOUR victory at the 2017 Valspar Championship. He will be competing in his tenth RBC Heritage.
Mackenzie Hughes earned his first win on the PGA TOUR at the 2017 RSM Classic. His first round, a career low 9-under 61, marked the lowest start in the tournament's seven-year history. He earned his second PGA TOUR victory at the 2022 Sanderson Farms Championship. The Ontario, Canada native is the first player in PGA TOUR history to win on the Mackenzie Tour, Korn Ferry Tour and the PGA TOUR. He will be competing in his eighth RBC Heritage.
Taylor Pendrith earned his first win on the PGA TOUR last season at The CJ CUP Byron Nelso. The Richmond Hill, Canada native has also been a member of the 2022 and 2024 Presidents Cup teams. He will be making his second start the RBC Heritage.
Nick Taylor has carded five wins on the PGA TOUR including this season’s Sony Open in Hawaii, where he defeated Nico Echavarria in a playoff. In 2023, he became the first Canadian since 1954 to win the RBC Canadian Open. He will be playing in his tenth RBC Heritage and is ranked 31st on the Official World Golf Ranking.
Sahith Theegala joined Team RBC in 2023 following an impressive rookie season, winning the 2023 Fortinet Championship. The Pepperdine grad and California native had an impressive collegiate career and was the NCAA’s top ranked player when the 2020 season ended due to COVID-19. He is currently ranked 26th on the Official World Golf Ranking and is making his fourth start at the RBC Heritage after carding a runner-up finish last year.
Cameron Young has carded seven runner-up finishes but is still searching for his first win on the PGA TOUR. He joined Team RBC shortly after he was named the PGA TOUR’s rookie of the year in 2022. He is competing at Harbour Town for the fourth time.
PGA TOUR professionals have until Monday, April 14th to commit to compete. The complete field will be posted on RBCHeritage.com at that time.
